RENEE
MONTGOMERY ELITE CAMP Coming to Charleston
On March 27, 2010 Renee Montgomery
will be back in Charleston, WV to put on an “Elite” camp for the
Tri-State area. The former UCONN All-American point guard and
NCAA Champion and now WNBA Connecticut Sun player will work with
participants to help them enhance their skills on the basketball
court. This camp has an elite tone as it will be a highly
intense workout for players in attendance. The drills will
consist of advanced ball-handling, shooting, one-on-one moves,
agilities and quickness, as well as offensive and defensive
schemes.
Renee who played high school basketball for Capital and South
Charleston will be giving instruction to young ladies on some of
the drills and workouts she’s done in the past few years and the
work ethic it takes to become a WNBA player.
The camp is open to girls from 9th grade to 12 grades and will
be held at St. Albans High School from 2:00pm to 7:00pm. The
cost is $75 per player and is limited to the first 60
registrants. |
